Description of Service

Reelmate is an AI-powered content creation application that provides the following services:

• Script Generation: AI-powered creation of video scripts based on user-provided ideas, whether submitted verbally or textually
• Content Planning: Tools to help plan and organize video content creation projects
• Metadata Generation: Automatic creation of video metadata including titles, descriptions, tags, and other relevant information
• Project Management: Features to track and manage multiple content creation projects
• Teleprompter: Built-in teleprompter functionality for content delivery
• AI Content Tools: Various artificial intelligence features to enhance and streamline the content creation process

User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

AI Service Usage and Fair Use

AI Usage Guidelines

Our AI-powered features are provided for legitimate content creation purposes. You agree to use these features responsibly and in accordance with the following guidelines:

• Fair Use: While we do not impose strict limits on AI usage, you agree to use our AI services reasonably and not to abuse or spam the system with excessive requests
• Quality Over Quantity: The Service is designed for thoughtful content creation rather than mass content generation
• No System Abuse: You must not attempt to overwhelm our AI systems with automated or excessive requests that could impact service availability for other users

AI Security and Integrity

You specifically agree not to:

• Attempt prompt injection attacks designed to manipulate AI responses
• Try to extract training data or proprietary information from our AI models
• Attempt to break, circumvent, or exploit the AI system's safety measures
• Use the AI service to create content that violates our acceptable use policy
• Attempt to use the AI system for purposes other than legitimate content creation

We reserve the right to monitor AI usage patterns and take appropriate action against accounts that violate these guidelines, including temporary or permanent suspension of service.

Content Ownership and Rights

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service. However, by using the Service, you grant us:

• The right to store your content as necessary to provide the Service

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI systems based on your inputs is provided to you for your use. However:

• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:

• Violate any provision of these Terms
• Engage in prohibited activities
• Fail to pay applicable fees
• Use the Service in a manner that could harm our systems or other users

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your account and data.
